  1. I just found this: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_ScLMQmTnG8k/Sk0bSwnXebI/AAAAAAAABVY/Xqf7nPs7Aw8/s400/pickles_collage_1.jpg

Maybe it can give you some inspiration. Also, you could incorporate canning jars since pickles are canned. Maybe you could even can little jars of pickles as favors for everyone. Cover the lid with a cute fabric and tie it off with a pretty bow.

  3. If there isn't much inspiration out there for pickles you'll have to make up your own I think. If it were me I'd incorporate pickles into the theme by way of colour (green), I'd make pickle shaped cookies, have pickle cupcake toppers amongst the ice cream toppers, pickle pops and perhaps a pickle as favour to take away. Try doing a word play, a poem about pickles and ice cream, or call your cookies "in a pickle" ? perhaps have a sweet and sour plate... I am afraid you're going to have to be the trend setter on this one

  4. hmmm...what about a pickle sampling station-a variety of pickles-display the jars, pretty little forks to pick them up with? Are you Sweet (sweet pickles) or a SOUR-puss (sour pickles)?
Cookies shaped like a pickle-iced in green of course...
    found this by googling...

  11. Seriously, you'd be willing to take a chance of possibly ruining these perfect shots by adding pickles? I mean, sure the idea is cute, but honestly these are too perfect to mess with. Unless there's a pregnancy involved, then ice cream and pickles is worth it....but what do I know except that I love these just as they are!
