~A little shabby & a little chic~

Hey~ This week seemed to fly by for me and this weekend is even busier! The first photo was found on Mary Ruffle and then from her source I found the rest of these photos. I believe this place is a little store but since it was in a foreign language it was hard to tell...but I thought they were gorgeous!!Have a Great Weekend!!

  1. Wow. it is simply beautiful. If it is somebody's home, it is perfectly styled for the shoot. How come our homes don't have that much character? I love the wood floors, walls and ceilings. It just wraps everything else in warmth!

You mentioned something about it being written in a foreign language and couldn't understand it. Just wanted to give you a link to an online translator. It makes it so easy...I just copy and paste the text that I need translated and voila! Here is the link...

  11. We should all dive into our closets and dig out a few vintage frocks and pearls to hang around in our bedrooms. What a great look, so feminine, and filled with nostalgia.

  14. Hello!

I disxovered your beautiful blog some time ago and it's absolutely fabulous! Blog on!

The beautiful pictures you show are from a Dansih home and it's been in a couple of Nordic magazines over the last two years or so.

It may sound strange that I seem to be so sure, but I'm Swedish, and what is shown in Sweden often comes from the countries around, like Denmark and Norway.

However I cannot remember what magazines this home was shown in, but if I can find it, I'll tell you!

    Love,
    Aggie

  19. Hello,

I took a look through your entire blog and discovered you have an interest way in which you frame your taste in fashions. The affect of your tendency of use of pastels is most interesting, and denotes an upper economic class distinct sense in depicting everything as being clean.

Fresh, noble, and definately some imagination started to show more and more as your blog developed. Photo composition is there was a class you would get an A.
